Request T-Times from the golf office at the beginning of and throughout the season.
Request a booth at the Golf Expo. Organize a team to represent us at Golf Expo.
Oversee the booking of the locations for dinners with the Social Director.
Help coordinate the kick-off dinner, year-end dinner and year-end prizes.
Check emails on the Golf and Burger account regularly during the season for member communications.
Update the Web Site and make the pairings and prepare them for Golf Ops and the Web site.
Arrange for and communicate with the volunteer host couples.

She/he keeps the membership records.
Pays the bills, including the caterer.
She/he prepares the pay-off envelopes after play.
Our social director is our liason with the retaurants.
